MPC-PGM is completely free for everyone.
I just really love the MPC1000. You can open it up to see how it works, follow the wires running over the circuit boards from solder point to solder point. If a switch runs out, get your soldering iron and replace it yourself and feel like an instrument builder. That kind of muscial equipement isn't made much anymore. The old MPC's have something else. Some kind of soul and craftsmanship that I appreciate.
